Anne Sirois

Anne Sirois has been active in the film industry for over 25 years. After graduating from the film production program at Concordia University, she started her career as an assistant director on small projects before continuing as a 2nd AD on numerous features & TV series. Since 1996 she has been working as a 1st AD on various local productions as well as international co-productions, including the CBS mini-series “Hitler, the Rise of Evil”, the feature films “L’Odyssée d’Alice Tremblay”, “Les Doigts croches”, and the 3-D film “Les Visages de Champlain”. She has been a member of the QDC board for over 10 years.

Donna Noonan

Of Ojibwa-Cree descent, She has more than two decades experience in the world of Theatre, Television and Film. After obtaining her BFA Cum Laude from Concordia University in Theatre Scenography, she worked on such popular television series as: "The Hunger" "Largo Winch", "The Worst Witch", "Bliss" and the four hour mini-series "Indian Summer: The Oka Crisis". Her Film credits include "Little Men", "Vanished", "Hawk's Vengeance", "Dead Innocent", "When Justice Fails" and "Life in the Balance". Fluent in French, Noonan has production designed for the television series "Arsene Lupin" and "L'étrange demoiselle" and the film "La Presence des Ombres". She has worked as a First Nations Consultant for, "The Black Robe" and "Grey Owl". Noonan has received nominations for the television series "Bliss" at the 2002 Gemini Awards, and at the 2004 Gemini Awards.. In 2003 she also received a Golden Sheaf Award nomination for a Bliss episode. She also worked on the 3 hour mini-series, "Fungus the Bogeyman", which won Best Children's Programme at the PACT Awards in the UK.

Michel Siry

Michel Siry shot his first professional film at the National Film Board in the early seventies. First as a Production Assistant, then as Location Scout and Location Manager. He then went on to become a Unit Manager. He became a Production Manager in 1988 and has been also Line Producing since 1996. His experience ranges from T.V. advertising (over 1000 commercials, of which he also A.D.ed more than 250) to documentaries (with Aboriginal and Inuit people throughout Canada), T.V.series, corporate videos, feature films on 35 mm film and in Hi-Definition and also in the IMAX format. Michel is presently working his way thru a University degree in HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE geared to the film industry. He is also well versed in the local collective agreements and enjoys an exceptional rapport with all local film and television unions. He has been on numerous negotiation committees and is a past member of the Québec Film and Television Producers Association (APFTQ). Michel Siry is a regular teacher at l’INIS and is currently a member of the Directors Guild of Canada (DGC).
